Terms of Service – Zenzi Matcha
Applicable to purchases made via zenzimatcha.com and zenzimatcha.se
These terms apply between you as a customer and:

By completing a purchase or subscribing to a subscription service, you accept these terms.
1. General
To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
A binding agreement is concluded once you have received an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information.
All prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in product information, pricing, promotions, shipping, or stock availability, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police.
2. Subscription Service
Zenzi Group AB offers an ongoing subscription for selected matcha products.
2.1 Scope of the Subscription
The subscription runs continuously without a binding period. As a subscriber, you receive a 10% discount on the products included in your subscription for as long as the subscription remains active. The subscription renews automatically according to the delivery interval you selected at the time of purchase.
2.2 Cancellation
You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time, with no notice period. This can be done either:
- Through the subscription portal on our website, or
- By contacting us at hello@zenzimatcha.com
If you cancel or pause before your next scheduled billing date, no further charge will be made and no further delivery will be sent for that cycle. You may at any time:
- Cancel the subscription
- Pause deliveries
- Change the delivery interval
- Update your address
- Switch product
To affect the upcoming delivery, changes must be made before your next billing date.
2.3 Payment
Payment is processed automatically using the payment method provided when you subscribed. It is your responsibility to ensure that a valid payment method is registered. In the event of failed payment, we reserve the right to pause or terminate the subscription.
2.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust prices for subscription products. Any price changes will be communicated in advance. You have the right to cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.
3. Delivery and Right of Withdrawal
For information regarding delivery, returns, and the right of withdrawal, please refer to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
The right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. Please note that matcha is covered by our Matcha Satisfaction Guarantee (see Refund Policy), under which opened matcha does not need to be returned, for hygiene and food safety reasons.
4. Limitation of Liability
Zenzi Group AB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, except where mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as war, natural disasters, government decisions, strikes, transport disruptions, or similar events, Zenzi Group AB is released from fulfilling its contractual obligations for the duration of such circumstances.
6. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden). Disputes may also be resolved by a Swedish general court.
7. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing via our webshop, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the product, in accordance with the Act on Distance and Off-Premises Contracts. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at hello@zenzimatcha.com.
Matcha (powder): You may open and try the product. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of receiving it, contact us and you will receive a full refund. Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, you do not need to return the opened matcha to us.
Other products: the goods must be returned in order for a refund to be processed. The return must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your cancellation. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Refunds: once you have informed us of your decision to withdraw, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days. For products that need to be returned, we may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have provided proof that it has been sent back, whichever happens first.
