Biscoff Matcha Latte – Matcha Drink Recipe

By Carolina Rettig

Caramelised Biscoff meets deep green ceremonial grade matcha – and the result is exactly as good as it sounds. Creamy, sweet, a little spiced and with that matcha kick that keeps you going.

Ingredients – 1 serving

Biscoff Cold Foam:

  • Whipping cream
  • Biscoff spread

Topping:

  • Biscoff cookie 💚

How to Make It

  1. Use a spoon to spread the Biscoff spread along the inside of the glass.
  2. Whisk 2 g of Zenzi Matcha with hot water (70–80°C) until smooth and frothy.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and pour in the milk.
  4. Pour in the matcha shot.
  5. Whip the cream together with Biscoff spread into a fluffy Biscoff cold foam and spoon on top of the matcha.
  6. Finish with a Biscoff cookie on top.

Tip

Spread the Biscoff unevenly along the inside of the glass for a beautiful marbled effect when the milk is poured in. The more spread, the sweeter and more caramelised the flavour.

Why Zenzi Matcha?

The naturally mild and slightly sweet flavour of Zenzi Matcha balances the caramel richness of the Biscoff perfectly – no bitterness to take over. Ceremonial grade direct from Japan, intensely green and smooth in every sip.
