HOW TO USE ZENZI MATCHA
Step 1
Add 2 grams of matcha to a matcha bowl or cup.
Step 2
Pour over 70–80°C hot water (not boiling). Use a bamboo matcha whisk and whisk in quick "Z" movements until a fine foam forms without lumps.
Step 3
Drink as is or add more water for a lighter consistency. For a matcha latte, add hot or cold milk. Then just enjoy your matcha!
