Blueberry Coconut Matcha Mocktail – The Matcha Drink of the Season
Fresh, fruity and hydrating, this matcha mocktail looks just as good as it tastes. The natural sweetness of blueberry concentrate meets the earthy depth of ceremonial grade matcha, all balanced by the light, subtly tropical flavour of coconut water.
Perfect as an alcohol-free option for parties, as an elevated everyday drink, or simply because you deserve something a little special.
What You Need (Serves 1)
- 3 g Zenzi ceremonial grade matcha
- 2 cl blueberry juice concentrate (we used IKEA’s)
- 125 ml coconut water
- Ice
How to Make It
Whisk the matcha powder with a small splash of hot water (approx. 70°C) until completely smooth and frothy – a matcha whisk works best here.
Fill a glass with ice and pour in the coconut water. Add the blueberry concentrate and stir gently.
Pour the matcha slowly over the ice in a steady stream to create visible layers.
Stir before drinking, serve immediately, and enjoy.
Tips
Frozen blueberries as garnish keep the drink cold longer and look absolutely beautiful.
